Selah’s Sweetwater Village aims to provide the perfect mix of modern living and traditional charm. With its historic roycroft gray siding, spacious wrap-around balcony, sophisticated amenities, and overall inviting nature, every detail of this home is set to those high standards.
This home is still under construction but is scheduled to be completed by late January.
A Few Updates
There might not be a lot going on this week by way of events or announcements, but that doesn’t mean Stonewall Homes has slowed down! We’re excited (and very grateful) to have several new customs started, contracts signed, and plans in the works. Here’s a quick run-down:
1) Of course, there’s our new model home, which we officially announced in the previous newsletter. With so much of the construction already completed, it’s becoming easier to envision and admire this stunning house.
Progress on 3003 Isabella
2) Construction on this Vintage Creek custom, which is based off our Legacy spec, has been progressing so fast we can barely keep up (which is saying something since it’s right outside our office!).
Friday, Nov. 17 vs…
…Tue, Nov 28! This house went up FAST.
3) We’ve decorated for Christmas at Selah Way…
…and the whole neighborhood is holding festive events, too!🎄
4) We’ve signed on several other customs, including one in The Ranch at Lost Creek that we can’t wait to share with you all. (Heads up—this neighborhood is gearing up to be the next big thing in Norman.)
Those are the most notable updates we have right now, but we hope to announce more soon!
The latest from Pete & Co. - Giving Thanks & Spreading Cheer
We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving spending time with loved ones (and eating too much food 😋🦃).
As a homebuilder, we’re continually reminded of the meaning of home—and how that meaning changes for every individual. Whether home is a kitchen, or a seat on the couch, or a specific place, or anywhere with friends and family, there’s nothing quite like the feeling of being at home. At Stonewall Homes, it is our desire and our joy to help families establish a house that becomes a home, that creates that feeling for generations—especially during the holiday season.
And speaking of holidays, in case you somehow forgot, Christmas is only 26 days away. There’s only one newsletter left before then, and two before the end of the year—crazy!
But even though Thanksgiving is over and Christmas is fast approaching, our team still has plenty to be grateful for. Here are just a few of those thanksgivings:
“God has been good to us. I have a beautiful wife and four awesome kiddos who I love so much. I have a stable job, a good house, a good car, and our needs are continually met. In a world where there are so many things that can go wrong, we are constantly guided down a path that is full of blessings.” - Paul
“This is the first thing that popped into my head… I love pecan pie! I had it for Thanksgiving at two different houses, once for dessert and once the next morning for breakfast. Times two—that’s my tradition. And it’s perfect with coffee. So, I’m thankful for pecan pie, and for those who made it: Steve, my father-in-law (who made it under my mother-in-law’s supervision), and my dear mother. They were delicious!” - Pete
“I have so many things to be thankful for; however, I am thankful that two of my children were married this year and found mates who are truly a beautiful addition to our family. I am also thankful to have another year surrounded by my extended family that loves me generously and without hesitation.” - Tyra
“I’m grateful to live in a country where it’s possible to work hard to get where you want to be. I’m near retirement age, and I’ve always had a good job—even some management positions—even though I didn’t continue my education past high school. I’m thankful for the opportunities I’ve had.” - Jim
Thank you for joining us in our journey of making every house a home, and we hope these emails will be a benefit to you. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us here. Until next time! 👋
