The Stonewall Homes Newsletter (7/17/24)

The blue house, answering your questions, and making changes

The Stonewall Homes Newsletter

Your bi-weekly update from Central Oklahoma’s top custom homebuilder.

In this email:

  • Featured home: 18434 Sweetwater Ln

  • Update to the newsletter

  • Answering your most pressing questions

Now, listen—we’re not supposed to be biased, but this might just be the most darling house we’ve ever had the pleasure of building. (You didn’t hear that from us, though.)

It’s only a matter of time before someone agrees and swoops in to make this house their own, so there’s no time like the present to check it out—or share it with friends, family… strangers at the grocery store… your realtor buddies…🤭

Here’s what makes 18434 Sweetwater so special:

18434 Sweetwater Ln.

  • $799,000 → $775,000

  • 2,585 ft2

  • 4 Bed

  • 3.5 Bath

First, the house itself is a showstopper. With its gorgeous exterior, secluded primary suite, modern luxuries, formal dining room, and undeniable charm, it exemplifies both sophistication and functionality.

Second, 18434 Sweetwater Ln is located in Selah’s Sweetwater district, a prestigious New Urbanism neighborhood that values community and self-sufficiency while still being conveniently close to I-35, Norman, and OKC. There’s really no drawback in terms of location with this one.

(Also, if you haven’t been following the progress of this house and others on our Instagram, then really, what are you doing??)

A Slight Change

If you didn’t notice, the Stonewall Homes Newsletter recently went on a brief hiatus. And, if you haven’t noticed, that hiatus is over! 🎉

We are returning with one slight change, however. Instead of releasing every two weeks, the Stonewall Homes Newsletter will now be sent out monthly—we’re shooting for every third Wednesday, but that could vary slightly due to what’s going on around the office and how much we have to share with you all.

Speaking of, here’s a heads up: next month’s newsletter is going to be packed with exciting news. Now’s the time to subscribe if you haven’t already. 👀

The latest from Pete & Co. - “Ask Away” Edition

Through this blog, we’ve answered dozens of homebuilding and homeownership questions across dozens of different topics. We’ve guided you through making selections, types of construction contracts, our warranty program, and even preventing frozen pipes.

However, we’ve technically been answering our own questions this whole time… which is a lot like talking to yourself, now that we think about it.

That’s why, in next month’s blog, we want to answer your questions. Hence, the “Ask Away” Edition.

Q: What’s the “Ask Away” Edition?

A: It’s exactly what it sounds like: you ask away, and we answer. This is a blog dedicated to addressing questions about homebuilding, and while we’ve done our best to think of the most relevant topics out there, the goal is to be as helpful and informative as possible.

We want to know what you most want to know. So let us know!

Q: What kinds of questions can I ask?

A: Anything to do with homebuilding is fair game.

We’ve also done a few posts that go beyond construction, such as the philosophy of homeownership, how to cultivate a home, and interviews from our team. (In fact, we’d love for you to interact with our team—get them involved!!)

You can also check out our previous posts for examples and to make sure we haven’t already answered your question.

Q: How do I ask my questions?

A: You have a few options.

  • Reply to this email (*preferred*)

  • Message us on Instagram

  • Message us on Facebook

Q: When will my questions be answered?

A: We’ll be answering them in next month’s newsletter.

If we don’t get enough questions, though, we’ll be forced to cover something terribly boring instead, like the different types of construction nails, and nobody wants that. So please, ask away!

Thank you for joining us in our journey of making every house a home, and we hope these emails will be a benefit to you. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us here. Until next time! 👋
